Use of this Website

Use of this site constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions which take effect on the date which you first use the site.

Tangleberry Wood reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time by posting changes online.

Material may not be copied, reproduced, republished, downloaded, posted, broadcast or transmitted in any way except for your own personal, non-commercial home use. 

This site also contains images and content that are the property of other companies we deal with.  All their property is acknowledged and their permission should be sought before using any of their material.


Payment and Postage

Payment - All goods supplied by Tangleberry Wood remain the property of Tangleberry Wood until such time as they are paid for in full.

Your orders will only be despatched once full payment has been received.

We take your online security very seriously, PayPal is a guaranteed secure site using 128bit encryption and all payments are processed through PayPal.

Personal Details - Incorrect personal details may lead to problems or delays in delivery, so before placing your order, please ensure that you have included the full address details. 

Deliveries - We aim to send out orders within 3 working days.  We use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and Standard Parcel Post so please allow up to 7 working days for delivery (despatch + posting time)


Your Privacy
Privacy Policy - We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) to send products to you by mail order.  Any information you do provide will be kept in the strictest confidence and will not be used for any purposes other that those associated with successfully completing your order. 

Damages, Faulty Goods and Cancellations

Damages - The greatest care is taken in packaging your goods for despatch, unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for damage that occurs in transit.  Any damaged goods should be returned immediately to Tangleberry Wood and will be replaced.

No moneys can be refunded for damaged goods, if a replacement is not acceptable, we will issue a credit note.  All returned products must be unused.

Faulty Goods - In the case of "faulty" goods, the Sale of Goods Act 1979 [as amended] established that the consumer is allowed a reasonable time within which to reject the goods for a full refund. We give a period of 7 days from receipt of the goods, for the customer to reject the goods and return them for a refund. All other refunds are made at the discretion of the company.

Cancellations - In line with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, we would like it to be stated that where a consumer cancels their order (within the 7 day period allowance) a refund will be provided within 30 days of "cancellation". The consumer will be held liable for the cost of returns if the order has already been processed and moneys received.
